Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath house. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, minisplit heating and cooling, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, Fenced backyard, patio w/ seating, Private Parking.

The Cooper House is the ground floor unit in a designer-built dwelling completed in 2016. An urban oasis with a private zen-inspired courtyard. The Cooper House is located in the historic Westside of Missoula. The property is 2 miles from the heart of downtown Missoula and just a few minutes walk/bike to the Clark Fork river greenbelt corridor and trail system. There are multiple restaurants, breweries, and a cidery all within walking distance in this eclectic and diverse neighborhood.

Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Enjoy a peaceful and private getaway in the mountains of Montana. This newly renovated historic forest service cabin is located close to the interstate & Clark Fork River access. Moderate/ Mild walking and hiking is available onsite. Restaurants are located within a 10 to 15 minute as well as a grocery store. Starlink internet and cell service is provided. We hope you see its potential and feel the peacefulness and calm that it affords as a refuge from the noise and demands of life.

Enjoy a fully equipped home with a kitchen, bathroom, and queen-sized bed. We do not have a fenced yard for your dog. Please make note! NO CATS! A fine of $100 will be assessed.
