Hermosa casa de estilo contemporáneo con un diseño espacioso y de concepto abierto con 3 dormitorios (2 camas tamaño king y 1 cama tamaño queen) y dos baños completos. La casa se encuentra en un lote doble con vistas a 120' del río Tittabawassee. ¡Cerca de 5 lugares de bodas de la zona! Fácil acceso desde la M-61 en una carretera pavimentada. Actualmente disfrutamos del flujo natural del río Tittabawassee, pero ten en cuenta que no hay un buen punto de acceso para subir/meterse en el agua. Se estima que la restauración de la presa que crea el lago se completará en 2026.
