The charming, all brick house has two bedrooms, queen beds with luxury bedding, one spacious bathroom, central air, as well as a wood stove available seasonally. Kitchen is stocked with utensils for preparing meals and coffee is provided. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants, the historic courthouse, YART, Main St. shops, and it's only a 45 minute drive Yosemite!

My husband and I live on the adjacent property .

The house is cozy with original wood floors, doors and hardware with modern amenities that guests need for a great and comfortable stay.
