In only 6 minutes walking, you can find the metro station or bus stop that brings you directly to Piazzale Roma in Venice Island. In the evening, you will come home to a charming Italian neighborhood with medieval architecture and great local restaurants, cafés, or bars to enjoy your favorite aperitivo.

For any info contact me and I will answer you as soon as possible the house is located only: - 550 m from Mestre train station (7 minutes walk) - 280 m from the BUS STOP and the Alì supermarket (4 minutes walk) - 9/10 km from Venice by bus or regional train - 11 km from the airport (VCE) and 25 km from (TSF) - 600 m from the shuttle to/from Venice - Treviso airport - Flix / Blabacar / Ita buses and from the guarded parking lots.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay. You will be given a hand written receipt provided to us by the city. Let us know if you have any questions.
