The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

This vacation rental is part of a historic homestead built in 1925, updated in the 90's, but still retaining the historic charm and decor from almost 100 years ago.

Welcome! Located in a residential neighborhood. We’ve decorated the apartment with a mix of modern and vintage furnishings to create a relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable beds, fresh linens and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. NO washer/dryer on the premises. Laundromat is nearby. Backyard has lawn furniture and a table to enjoy a meal outside or the evening shade. NO pets/animals. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only. These rules make it comfortable for all guests. Spur Guest House

A perfect place to stay when visiting relatives in Spur, attending the Homecoming festivities, hunting or having fun at White River Lake. Our home is near the school, football field and downtown stores. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house has a nice open floor plan with room to relax. Home has one king size bed, one full size bed, one twin size bed, and a fold out couch with a queen sized bed in it, and can sleep 7 total.

The Green Door Cottage

Welcome to the Green Door Cottage where you will enjoy a quaint cottage feel in the heart of Childress, Texas. The history behind this cottage will bring you back to the 1940's when it was used as part of the attached Fairview Floral Wholesale Co. The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

Two Hoots Guesthouse

A comfortable and quaint “home away from home” for whatever brings you to the area. Sitting on the porch in this laid back community, we have learned we don’t give “Two Hoots” about the work and drama we left behind. The owls and coyotes call out each evening as the stars show off above. Time stands still in Matador, Texas; it’s good for the soul. We think you’ll love it here, too!

Wyatt’s Place

Country living at its finest! 6 miles west of Paducah with great sunset views and wildlife. Great home for hunters or families needing a larger house to stay in. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with carport and den area. Large fenced in backyard and area around the house to park trailers or ATV's. No indoor pets please but there is plenty of space outdoors to keep your pets.

The LonePine in Yellowhouse Canyon

20 miles northeast of Lubbock this home is hidden in the heart of YellowHouse Canyon. Live springs bubbling up & creeks running nearby. Trees & wildlife galore. It's the perfect hiding place to relax while enjoying a beautiful view of the ranch. Hunting, hiking, & fishing excursions are available by request. Come out & see us today!

Leo and Ofilia’s Bunk House

The Bunk House has a bedroom with two queen beds and a closet. Kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator and coffee pot. Connected table area. Open space with living room and screen tv in bedroom and living room with a DVD player availability. Bathroom with shower and towel available. Very clean built in 2015. We enjoy hosting.
