Doe Meadow, a tiny house farm stay

Doe Meadow is my newest custom designed tiny house nestled along the drive to my family farm. Sharing my little slice of heaven with guests is something I have found great joy in. Rural tourism is my passion, & all the farm animals are anxiously awaiting your visit- treats in tow- of course! I wanted to create something unique, a place to make memories, & somewhere you'll want to come back to. Settle in the hammock, listen to the peaceful wind chimes, watch the goats & mini cows graze, unwind.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy a stay directly on the backwaters of the Mississippi River. This custom cabin is floating right on the water, and you won't find anything like it! Grab your loved one or friend and surround yourself in nature, while soaking in the hot tub on the floating patio, or in the beautiful tub inside. Relax in the king size bed thats in front of one of the two fireplaces. The cabin has everything you need, including a small kitchen. This floating oasis is located at Millennium Marina.

Grill and crack a cold one in comfort with your family and friends after a long day in the woods or fishing on the Mississippi River. Also located near is the Maquoketa River where you can enjoy kayaking, rent tubes, hunt waterfowl, or sit on the bank and toss a line. We are just a quick driving distance from Bellevue and Sabula, IA in which both have boating access, restaurants, and taverns. Yes, boats are welcome! Galena Country Getaway

Brick walkway leads to the cedar deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking the large backyard. Enjoy dinner out on the deck and roast marshmallows over a bonfire at the firepit. The dark sky provides excellent stargazing. Kitchen features full-sized refrigerator, cooking utensils and a variety of spices. Spacious bathroom with a waterfall-style shower.
