This newly renovated 1 bedroom basement apartment is the place to stay when you want to be near it all: restaurants, train station, grocery store and more are within walking distance. Accommodations offer a clean, cozy and safe place to stay. Please note ceilings at 6'1" high, this unit is not suitable for taller guests. You are welcome to use the fire pit in our backyard to unwind after a long day, and the tv comes with HBO Max.

This first floor apartment in a private house and has everything needed for a stay in Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my other guests.
