Historic downtown townhouse

This row house was built in 1841 and is on the walking tour of historic downtown Maysville. The row houses were built by four brothers who made it big in horse-drawn plow manufacturing. The home is approximately 5200 ft. total and has been divided into a two family home. The Airbnb is Unit 2 which is the entire 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom. The kitchenette area consists of a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Deck overlooks the backyard.

Everything is new and cozy and comfortable to be your home away from home.There is ample free parking just outside the door. We invite you to come and enjoy the beautiful Sugar Loaf Mountain view. During the summer you will love the chirping of the purple martins who come to nest every summer in the gourd martin house we've provided for them.

The Charles

Rest, relax, and rejuvenate, on our farm. This rustic (TOP UNIT) cabin is located on one of our 200 acre beef cattle farms nestled in 50 acres of wooden walking trails. Set on the front porch while enjoying the scenic view and wildlife. Relax by the firepit with your favorite beverage while viewing the night sky. Optional guided tours of our farms are available to get close and personal with some of our 150 head beef cattle herd.
