It's 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the Smoky Mountain National Park, and Pigeon Forge, and offers breathtaking mountain views. The cottage features two gas fireplaces, a hot tub, and a modern kitchen equipped w/ granite countertops & stainless-steel appliances. And, if you're lucky, you might even spot a bear during their active season! The cottage is one of our favorite properties. We hope you'll love it too.

Little River Cottage on the Little River In Townsend the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies" This nonsmoking cozy cottage has a large screened porch over looking the Little River and direct river access to our guest. Our cottage is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.The cottage is completely renovated , all new appliances, and mattresses. The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .

Less than 1 mile to Great Smoky Mtns. Nat. Park, across the river from Vee Hollow Bike Trails. River access on the property (the steps to the river may be difficult for some.) Need more room? Our cottage is light and airy. Nice kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher. It is on a quiet dead end street. Only 10 miles from the airport. Our cottage is located 1.2 mi from Ish Creek boat ramp. We are just up the road if you need anything. You are welcome to call or text. Our cottage is very close to 3 different public water areas. The first is just over a mile. Very relaxing area. Access to bedroom #3 may be restricted per # of guests.
