The town was renamed Gas City boasting to grow to a pop of 50 thous, but sadly the gas wells dried up. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The entire house is yours to yourself!! Quiet friendly neighborhood with spacious backyard and off street parking. We have 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds- 1 soft pillow top mattress, and 1 firm memory foam mattress; to better suit guests different preferences. Smart TV located in the living room. We have an enclosed patio with monopoly table for play. Close to embassy theater, zoo, coliseum and more- We can help with easy directions!!

For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

Come stay at this fun retreat and enjoy shopping and restaurants in any direction you go. This home is located across from the Delaware County Fair grounds in a very quiet neighborhood centrally located in Muncie sitting very close to Ball State University and IU Hospital and if you like to bike ride, Cardinal Greenway bike trail is very close by. Enjoy the many games provided for all age groups along with some grilling out , corn hole games and enjoy some hot tub time under the stars.

This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, xfinity flex with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).
