Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. The cottage is open style living opening on to a decking with bi fold servery windows from the kitchen.Decking with outdoor seating ,umbrella and barbecue overlooks a large grassed area surrounded by natural bush.The living area has double opening doors leading to the decking .Living area has a comfy couch ,Smart T.V , R/C aircon and a wood burning fire.The large bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .There is a travel cot suitable for a baby.Well supervised dogs are welcome. Right in the heart of Margaret River, this very special house and garden sanctuary includes outdoor relaxation spaces including an undercover living area with outdoor heating for the winter months. The house boasts an eclectic collection of art from my work in remote Aboriginal communities and from local artists. From the house, you can enjoy an easy walk to the river, forest and the main street galleries, shops and cafes. Winery tour operators can pick you up from the house.

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Newly built, with a spacious Loft bedroom - enjoy the views of near by native trees or lay in bed and star gaze through the roof window. Just a short walk down to the Margaret River, walk trails, and to town, we hope our place provides the perfect base for your holiday.

This North facing solar passive design features lime rendered straw bale walls, bespoke timber cabinetry and polished concrete floors. Chestnut Brook Getaway

Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. The cottage is situated at the bottom of our 8 acre property, which we live on. Approval no. 2098
