We have finished our renovation of the master bathroom and bedroom, making this house a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom rental. We provide towels, sheets, basic bathroom essentials, basic kitchen essentials, internet, washer and dryer with detergent, covered parking, and pets are welcome with a pet fee. As a new rental, we are constantly upgrading and improving our property.

Tiny Getaway

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Private driveway and extremely quiet. Right in the middle of town, but you’ll never know it. This tiny house is down an alley on the backside of our property also used by the deer going through town, but don’t worry they’re more afraid of you than you are of them. The inside has a touch of old with comfort of new.

The Studio is located just two blocks from the heart of downtown Alpine. Our newly renovated studio is thoughtfully designed to give you that modern desert vibe. The Studio offers a comfortable space to enjoy all that downtown has to offer. Walk to local eateries, Saturday farmer’s market, coffee shops, art galleries, and the grocery store.
