It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Baby cot and baby high chair on request. The neighborhood is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular areas, with beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and cafés. Old town is 4 km away and the nearest public bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. Located 2.5 km away from town of Ston in the picturesque village called Broce. Apartment is on the top floor of stone house and has 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the living room, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi, air con and WiFi. Quests can use terrace, outside grill and summer kitchen. Apartment is well equipped and 5 minutes walking from the sea/beach. Broce village has sea food restaurant but groceries must be purchased in Ston.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
