Isolated property Villa EagleStone is located on and lonesome place and yet only 5 min drive to the beach and 10 minutes drive to town Makarska with all amenities. The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom). In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

For private use: rectangular swimming pool, heated (8 x 3 m, 150 cm deep, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) Bookable on request: pool heating EUR 150.00 per week (payable at location). Use of the sauna with extra cost of 150.-€ per week, to be paid on spot. The sauna is open every day from 17:00 to 20:00 h.

The terrace offers a magnificent view of the island and the Adriatic sea. One house can accommodate a group of max four people. Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.
