Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

Little House in the Forest

This is a nature-lover's paradise. On the edge of the forest but close enough to the city, this is a special place. You can lie in bed with all the windows open and feel like you live in the trees. We have installed a very functional kitchen with a large fridge and everything else you may need for self-catering. We also offer home-cooked meals for those who don't want to cook. It is twenty minutes from the airport and we can arrange transport for you. It feels far from the city but it is not!

Wooden Guest House in the Bamboo

Our new wooden guest house refurbished from old rice barn on stilts. Features a full kitchen downstairs. Main floor has a/c and a hot water shower. The balcony overlooks groves of bamboo beside a creek and rice fields. Great Thai and western food close by along with coffee shops, fruit vendors and one of Thailands famous handicraft villages.
