We live in the same building, but offer guests their own space without interruption. The apartment is a small self-contained studio on the second floor. Private full bathroom and kitchen. Within a 1 min walk from the apartment you can be relaxing by the river, or floating along it with a beer! For travel by public transport, the Hardturm Tram stop can be reached with an 8min (577m) walk, Tram 17 takes you directly to the city in just 10 mins. The ETH Hönggerberg campus is just 1.2km away uphill.

BnB has two twin rooms, a small living room, two showers and two toilets on the 2nd floor. The entire floor is private, so you won’t share it with anyone. There is no kitchen but a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a water pot are ready to use. Free continental breakfast will be served every morning. Surrounded by nature & with a view of the local mountains you enjoy your peace! The city of Lucerne can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Excursion destinations nearby. CAR IS NECESSARY, AS NO BUS CONNECTION. (UBER/TAXI) In the middle part is our conference room for companies. On the top floor we live with 2 children in our own apartment.

Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.
