Welcome to The Loon's Nest. A renovated bungalow (w/50' of private frontage on Lake Wabasis) and backyard bunkhouse. The double-lot property provides expansive views of the lake (in front) and private pond (out back). Guests also get the FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (the largest in Kent County) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped wetlands & excellent fishing.

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Cozy Suite 10 min to Grand Rapids, 1 mi to Tanger

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

This classic 1-bedroom 1-bathroom spacious apartment is conveniently located off M-21 within minutes of Grand Rapids while resting upon the Grand River out back. We hope you are comfortable resting in the spacious bedrooms, lounging in the spacious living room, watching movies and playing board games, or cooking a meal in the large, fully stocked kitchen. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! We are a half-mile from the closest grocery store, plenty of local restaurants and 20 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids. Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting),

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Hidden in the woods

Quiet, country setting that comfortably accommodates two. This space is above our garage, which is not attached to our house. We are often outside working or playing, but it is very private once you are upstairs! There is no WiFi here. There is a lovely, private balcony with a nice view, lots of random movies, and several fun games. Verizon service works great here, so if you have a Hotspot you could hook up to our smart TV.

Tiny House In the City

Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! We are thrilled to open up a part of our lives and our home to you! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!
