El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, como aire acondicionado, tres baños todos con ducha, lavarropas y secarropas, una cocina totalmente equipada, una conexión a internet super rápida y una TV LED con Netflix. A 2 minutos de la estación de subte Tricolore, el departamento es inusualmente tranquilo ya que está ubicado en la planta baja en una calle sin salida.
