In the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, Garden Cottage is the perfect escape. Relax looking out over the loch, wander the fields spotting the wildlife or take off on foot or bike for a boost of healthy fresh air and a memorable Highland experience. A Highland cottage built in the 1720's, newly refurbished in the spirit of Scottish country living. Tradition, authenticity and fireside comfort complement contemporary furnishings and light airy spaces.

The Stable Loft on Loch Tummel

A unique setting, right on the shores of Loch Tummel surrounded by the scenery of the Perthshire countryside, The Stable Loft is cosy, spacious holiday accommodation within a 200-year-old farmhouse and is formed within a converted hayloft. The Stable Loft is perfect for a family holiday, fishing, wild swimming or water-sports holiday and also a romantic getaway. It is a peaceful oasis, tucked away from it all at Foss, in the Tummel Valley, but it is easily accessible from the A9 near Pitlochry.

Lochside Cottage has stunning loch views, is pet-friendly, has new satellite internet in Jan 2024 and a wood-burning stove. It sleeps 8 (+2 ) with all bed linen/towels provided. It is a beautiful rural location, surrounded by forests and mountains, with various shops and attractions available within a hour's drive. Lochside Cottage is near many different lochs, woodland walks, and mountains, which all have their own character. It is very quiet and peaceful, and is an ideal waterside retreat.

Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Set in 8 acres secluded and private grounds with spectacular panoramic views. We also have super fast WiFi at the cottage. The patio looks over the pond with its abundance of wildlife and wildflowers. The garden is bordered by two private rivers Cnoc Famh is an is superbly situated for outdoor activities including forest walks, cycling, Paddle boarding and canoeing

Short stroll to town centre, The Birks of Aberfeldy, Wade’s bridge and river Tay. 15-20min walk to Aberfeldy Distillery, the home of Dewar’s whisky. Kenmore/Loch Tay are just a 10 min. drive straight down the road from Ivy. Home-away-from home in Aberfeldy, the heart of Scotland, to enjoy and relax after a day of exploring the beautiful Highland Perthshire.

West Cottage is a typical Scottish country cottage among mountains in beautiful Glenlyon. It's semi-detached from our own house with its own entrance. Beautiful, interesting interior with thousands of books. Central heating and wood burning stove. Original range in kitchen, two double bedrooms with a double bed each, both with an extra single bed. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge. Overlooking a bird feeding area with frequent visits from red squirrels.

The Owl House at Gardeners Cottage (dog friendly)

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. At night, add some logs to the wood-burning stove, sit back, and enjoy listening to the owls hooting. Glen Lyon, Ben Lawers, Schiehallion, Aberfeldy, Drummond Hill and Loch Tay are just a stones throw away. Well-behaved dogs welcome (please note that we do not allow cats). Spot Wildlife, Climb mountains, Cycle the Glens, Visit the Lochs - Stop, rest and revive yourself. The cottage is a our get-away from the city and the endless 'jobs to do list'. It's our haven where children can play, explore nature and enjoy a greater freedom. You are welcome to have time here and by staying we hope you will find peace and reconnect with all things good.
