We put a lot of love into this place. We recently renovated with modern touches, a complete gourmet kitchen modern. It has everything you could need to cook your meals. Our new fireplace able to change fire colors it gives a warm and romantic feeling. Our decorations are also very modern and carefully selected. The bathroom is new very modern and spacious. We added a smart T.V. to each room. A complete back yard and barbecue or just relax. Also many benches all around the perimeter of outside.

A favorite house+ location; we restored it for my husband’s parents; it’s where we hope to live out our last days as well. Comfortable furnishings+ beds, vintage charm+ grandfather clock so it’s not best for kids. There’s lots of light+ glass block+ beautiful front+ back furnished porches w/ vintage lion fountain too. Large master w/ King bed, smart TVs+ french doors+ en-suite bath w/ huge shower+ a vintage clawfoot tub in guest bathroom. Plenty of free onstreet parking+ fastest wifi+ cable too.

You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Welcome! This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. We’re a block from Motel 6, a couple of blocks from restaurants, shopping and other hotels. We’re just a few blocks from Oak Valley Community Hospital. (Great for visiting nurses). We’re 1.5 hours from Yosemite and Bay Area. All furniture and furnishings are new with comfy pillow top mattresses. While most hotels only wash linens between guests, we launder all linens and comforters and completely sanitize after each stay.

Unit has its own water heater and Climate Control System (AC/HEAT) conveniently located within 2 hours of San Francisco, Yosemite & Sacramento.
