Lil’ Backyard Cottage in Hillcrest

This is a small, cozy, safe, clean, and fully restored one-bedroom 1926 cottage in the backyard of a home in the Historic Hillcrest Neighborhood. It is perfectly designed for 1 guest or a couple; has its own kitchenette, a full-sized bed, and a 100 year old footed tub w a shower. Guests must walk up 3 steps without a handrail to get into the cottage. Must be 21 or older to book. A cot can be brought in upon request but it is a tight fit. Please see photos with cot in space.

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. This sweet studio bungalow is comfortable, peaceful , and quiet. The patio is very relaxing where you can enjoy your coffee . A sweet hideaway in the middle of town not far from the freeway. It sleeps 2 adults on the queen bed and 1 adult or 2 children on the full size sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has an under counter fridge. A microwave, toaster, electric skillet, and Keurig are also provided.
