There is a seperate bedroom, living area with comfy fold out couch, dining table and kitchenette under the main roof. Plus outdoor patio with undercover BBQ area and semi detached bathroom. The cottage overlooks alpaca's and farmland. leading to Mount Schank in the distance. Suitable for couples, or maybe an infant in arms (port a cot available on request)

A romantic getaway across from the sparkling waters of Karatta Beach and overlooking Lake Butler Marina, Karatta Cottage is the perfect location for a couples’ getaway. It is full of historic seaside charm and is just as good for snuggling up on a grey rainy day in front of the fire with a good book and glass of wine as it is to enjoy in the summer months.

The Tawarri Studio is a beautiful lime stone studio apartment. It has one spacious living area with a lofty vaulted ceiling with a luxury bathroom attached. The Studio is well appointed with aircon, kitchenette, TV, and is nestled on an acre of bushland garden that it shares with the main house.
