Wake up to sea air, spend the afternoon by the shore, and end the night with a bonfire under the stars. One of the best things about this house is that it’s fully ground level with no stairs, making it especially convenient for seniors and PWD guests who want a comfortable and accessible stay by the beach.

Welcome to Casa de Ligaya (House of Joy)! This is our "happy place" that lets you relax, enjoy the scenic view of the sea, and escape from the bustling urban life. The house is a two-storey modern rustic structure decorated with native wooden furniture. On the upper floor you have the common area and Ioft for people to hang out and rest. On the ground floor you have the living room, lounging area, and a separate private room. There is also a “casita” structure behind the main house.

Three level townhouse, overlooking the sea, elegantly designed for comfort and recreation. The main door, living room, dining room, balcony and fully-equipped kitchen are located in the mid level. Two bedrooms with lofts are located in the top level and another bedroom and the game room are located in the lower level. The game room leads to the garden with a picnic table and grill. A few minutes walk will bring you to the beach.

We are located right in front of a protected Marine Sanctuary Scuba Diving and Snorkeling is highly recommended other activities such as sunset cruise, Island hopping with BBQ lunch via speed boat,banana boat, wake boarding and many more.
