It is secluded but close to Glen Arbor, Crystal River, Palmer woods MTB trails, Glen Lake, and hikes on Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. The house is perched up on a hill with a wrap around deck to enjoy the views and an outdoor fire pit also with a view of Glen Lake. Or enjoy the view from inside with the wood stove. Within a 5 min drive you can get to a public access for Glen lake or Lake Michigan.

1 Bdrm Private Apartment (Milk Chocolate) at GDC

Our Milk Chocolate suite is a large 1 bedroom apartment located above our gelato shop in Empire, Mi! From it's large breezy balcony, you can sip coffee and plan a Leelanau adventure. The apartment is decorated in a colorful mid-century modern style. The bedrooms and living room both have smart tvs. There's a full kitchen stocked with the essentials and we provide toiletries and beach towels/blanket/chairs. It's a great base camp to explore the area and just a few blocks from Empire beach!

Enjoy beautiful Stoney Point! Bike and walk quiet country roads through woods, fields, and orchards with surprising views of Grand Traverse Bay. A small local park is 1/2 block away with great vistas, swimming and an easy kayak launch. Suttons Bay with its beaches, marinas, restaurants and unique shops is a 3 mile ride along the shore.
