If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Private room in trendy and bustling Pontcanna which was just voted in The Times 2024 list of the 10 coolest neighbourhoods in the UK, and is only around 10 minutes walk from the city centre. It's also only a few minutes walk from the city's main coach station for National Express etc which is in Sophia Gardens. There are lots of great independent bars, restaurants and cafe's literally on the front doorstep, and plenty of them around Pontcanna which is full of lovely tree lined streets.
