It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. It’s also a great base for walkers wanting to explore the Jurassic Coast and all the incredible views South Dorset has to offer.

It is situated on the Isle of Purbeck, which is an excellent location for outdoor activities and discovering the delights of the world heritage Jurassic Coast. Positioned close to the Priests Way path you can explore a number of great coastal walks. Or you could just pop across to the fantastic local pub for a pint and bite to eat.
