Enjoy a spacious (100m2+), self-contained ground floor suite just minutes from St Clair Beach. Enjoy complete privacy with your own entrance, two double bedrooms, a full kitchen, full laundry, bathroom, and dedicated parking (secure garage). Our family (living upstairs) includes two Golden Retrievers, Summer (9) and Neo (11 months), who are incredibly gentle, well-trained, and love people! They will likely be playing in the garden and would be thrilled to receive a pat from dog-loving guests.

Cumberland Street deluxe apartment No3

This place is brand new (completed July 2017) and recently listed Category 1 heritage building (nationally important) right in Dunedin's warehouse precinct. It is only a short walk to the Octagon. They are warm, well insulated and have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob and a pyrolytic oven. The decor is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets and pillows. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

Rose Cottage

A beautifully renovated 19th century heritage cottage right in the heart of Dunedin City, with all of the modern touches. Gigabit-speed internet and quality furniture/furnishings enhance this this luxury abode. Including tastefully selected linen, cooking and washing facilities, it is also freshly stocked with a range of teas, coffee, and home-made ANZAC biscuits. This studio room features a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with under-floor heating, and a kitchen (please see house rules for restrictions) along with a high standard of comfort provided by double-glazed windows and doors, full insulation and a heatpump to keep you comfortable during the colder part of the year. There is an adjacent studio very similar in set-up with a queen and a single bed. Off-street car parking is available right outside, but it is unsuitable for oversized vehicles.

Karaka Alpaca B&B Farmstay

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life at Karaka Alpaca Farm stay, just 15min from Dunedin's CBD. Our 11-acre farm has alpacas, Buster the cat, horses and sheep as well as stunning views over the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean.
