Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

This cozy charming and quiet lake property is the perfect getaway for families & friends . Located 5 minutes off I-85 and is 10 minutes to Green pond Landing, 20 minutes to Clemson, Anderson and Seneca. Perfect place to enjoy fishing, shopping and Clemson football games, Enjoy using the back porch to view the sunrise over lake Hartwell and the wildlife as it pass through. The porch is a nice relaxing cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while watching the lake glisten.

Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Come and enjoy a relaxing family vacation on beautiful Lake Hartwell in this spacious 2 level home. Plenty of room for multiple families to share. This 7600 sq. ft lakefront home sleep up to 18 featuring 7 bedrooms with 1 additional rooms with sofa beds; 5 full-sized bathrooms; 1 laundry area with 2 washers & 2 dryers. Each level boasts a fully furnished kitchen along with a large entertainment area. Breakfast area off main kitchen in addition to a spacious dining room that seats up to 10.

Sweet Serenity - Rest Relax Enjoy

This spacious setting's in a secluded cove on Lake Hartwell. We live on upper level, guests stay in lower level separated by locked door and separate entryway. Play bags, use putting green and firepit overlooking the lake. We have 3 kayaks and floats by the water. 20 minutes from Clemson, Seneca or Anderson. We expect guests to be respectful of noises and drinking alcohol. This is NOT intended as a place to party. We have an outdoor cat who's friendly and will most likely say hello to you.

Plenty of parking. 5 min from I-85, Green Pond Landing, stores, The Galley restaurant. 18 min to Clemson and Anderson University.

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

This is the perfect lake house for your next family vacation, Clemson football game, or just a long weekend at the lake! Enjoy full access to Lake Hartwell with a private dock and swimming area. The house is located just 20 minutes from both Clemson and Anderson and also just 5 minutes from Portman Marina. Kayaks do not come included with the house but can be rented if inquired about ahead of time. Come enjoy some nature, relaxation, and fun at the Lake Escape!
