A total of 17 wooded acres provides ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There are currently 2 other cabins on the property but still plenty of space for privacy. Under 10 minutes to local eateries, grocery stores, Lake Hamilton and more. Cabin was recently updated with new hot tub and gas fire pit!

Swim in the lake from the public dock down the street. Or take a 1-minute drive around the corner to the gorgeous Garvan Woodland Gardens. Includes an outdoor firepit, charcoal grill, lawn games, and more! 15 minutes from the main downtown strip and Oaklawn.

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. this winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.
