Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. The front deck offers a great view of the mountains while you enjoy your morning coffee or you can grill and relax for dinner on the new deck. There are so many things to do in Silverton. The Durango/Silverton railroad, the Silverton mining museum, riding or hiking trails and backcountry skiing!

Cute and cozy riverfront cabins with electric are available as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Cabins do NOT have water or bathrooms inside. Drinking water is readily available. Heated restrooms / shower facilities are a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily. Pets are allowed ONLY with pre-approval / additional deposit & nightly fees.

Only a 3/4 mile walk or drive to the renowned Ouray Hot Springs Pool. Jen will be your host and is knowledgable about the area and can give you all the pointers you need to live like a local during your stay in Ouray.

Gowdy Suite 1 Open All Year Gowdy Properties

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
