Just a short 25 minute drive to Durango which has a charming downtown with groceries, restaurants, shops, & breweries and airport!

Off street parking with private level entry and back door exit onto a covered patio with "Views from the Valley" ; where you may enjoy your morning coffee, grill your evening meal, and anything in between. The kitchen is well equipped, the Living room has a screen with Roku, and internet is available. The bedroom is quite adequate with a good mattress and storage, and the newly remodeled bathroom has a combo washer/dryer for small loads.
