The house is open and bright, it faces South so plenty of light even in winter. Enjoy sitting on the deck or in the covered patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

Our Lake house is located on Lake Chatuge in a quite secluded neighborhood in the beautiful North Georgia mountain town of Hiawassee. We are on the lake with an accessible deep water dock. This house offers lots of cozy indoor and outdoor space with plenty of seating, including covered seating areas off of each king room, a large open deck, a lower deck, fire pit, and covered patio next to water. Entire lower level of lakefront home with private cove and dock. The lake is your backyard. Gas grill with side burner. During the summer season, you can rent our pontoon boat for $250 a day. You will need to reserve it in advance to make sure it is available.
