This authentic Italian Casa is located near Piegaro on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. It has a private pool, terrace with beautiful views and outdoor BBQ, a spacious patio with marble table, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and views over a beautiful valley with in the depths the Lago di Trasimeno. The house has characteristic thick walls and is therefore cool in summer and warm in winter. The house is completely free with a garden around it, which is fenced with a fence.

The largest apartment on the ground floor has a large living room with luxurious fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double kingsize beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
