Escape to the "Northwoods" of Onalaska! This guest room is next door to our restaurant, Red Pines Bar & Grill so a stay here means access to a full-service restaurant & bar, volleyball courts, the lake and great people. We are always available if you need anything during your stay. We also have our Red Pines Cafe open 7:30 am seven days a week when the main restaurant is closed. There are 5 other rooms in Red Pines Lodging so the space is basically a hotel with your own private access.

Mississippi waterfront getaway-Dogs Welcome!

Welcome to our fully sustainable non-toxic waterfront home on the great Mississippi River! Bring the whole family, including your dogs. We welcome well supervised children (strict due to the proximity of the water) and we welcome dogs of all sizes. We have converted this house to a self-sustaining home with solar panels and a heat pump. All linens and towels are organic and all cleaning products are safe and non-toxic. We provide biodegradable/cruelty-free bath products for guest use.

French Island Lakefront Cottage

Our open-concept Lakefront Cottage has everything you need for a tranquil stay, including access to Lake Onalaska and the use of our two-person canoe. The highlight is the large outside deck with an expansive view of the lake. There’s a fan above the deck to keep you cool and bug-free while dining at the table or relaxing on our comfortable chairs or swinging bench. Please read the "Other details to note" section. Lakefront studio where retro and rustic charm meets modern convenience. Studio offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay including a queen-sized bed, a living area with a Roku TV, a full kitchen and a bathroom with a step in shower. The lakefront screen porch provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a good book. Two sit on top kayaks are included. Bikes are available and hiking and biking trails are just across the street.

There is now a extra off street parking spot for your boat.
