The Shower and WC area has an skylight. The handbasin has cold water only. The private garden space has a lovely sea view. 5 minute walk to the beach, Luke's Kitchen and the Kuaotunu store. Kayak, boogie boards and fishing rods available. No pets. Fully vaccinated guests only please.

Palms Retreat

Spend a relaxing peaceful stay at our self-contained studio at beautiful Kuaotunu. The studio is separate from the main house and has it's own outdoor patio. Kuaotunu beach is only 2 minutes walk away and even in summer never gets crowded. 10 mins walk to the Kuaotunu village where you will find the famous Luke's Kitchen restaurant, Kua Kawhe Cafe and the well stocked general store. And not forgetting the local ice cream store! Large reserve, Tennis courts and Petanque court are right next door.

Beach Front Paradise Rings Beach Whitianga

The Bach sits within 1 minute walk of a beautiful white sand swimming beach at Rings Beach on the beautiful Coromandel Peninsular. North facing deck absorbs the 180 degree sea views. Private, quiet with cafés and restaurants 5 to 10 mins away. Please note this is a self clean house and you must bring all your linen ( pillows provided ) There is no cleaner and we ask all guests to leave the property clean and tidy like they found it. Coromandel Sanctuary

Situated on the crest of the Coromandel ranges on the 309 road. Mahakirau Forest Estate comprises almost 600 ha of native forest. Each site is convenated by QEII National Trust who describe Mahakirau "outstanding for it's ecology and wildlife value with brown kiwi, kaka, Hochsetetter's and Archey's frogs all present". A spacious house in a bush setting, sit back and relax, take a bush walk down to the stream on the property and star gaze at night.

Flaxhaven Lodge

We are situated in a peaceful garden setting down a private drive. We are close to the ferry to Whitianga where there are beautiful restaurants, shopping and the Lost Spring. You can walk across the road to Lonely Bay and Shakespeare Cliff. Or you can do a 15 minute drive to Cathedral Cove and the famous Hot Water Beach. Local restaurant within walking distance (Eggsentric) or you can go into Cooks Beach where we have The Vessel or Go Vinos.

Ocean Cliff Court - Stunning Ocean Views

Ocean Cliff Court overlooks the stunning Blackjack Reef which is 15 minutes’ drive north of Whitianga. This 2 bedroom house was completed in 2017 and can accommodate up to 6 adults - there are 2 Queen beds and a fold out couch. It has a large deck with outdoor furniture and sea views. Located on a beautiful 1 acre property above Kuaotunu Village which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, local pizzeria, cafe and shop.

Bush studio apartment

Self-contained apartment in a unique, artist-designed house: a beautiful studio with lovely new bathroom, situated in the hills above Kuaotunu, surrounded by NZ native forest. Enjoy sitting on the deck, under giant fern trees, listening to birdsong and the gurgling of the stream. If you're lucky you'll even hear our resident Kiwi calling! This beautiful ocean view property is a couple of minutes walk to Kuaotunu Beach and Luke's Kitchen, a well known local restaurant. The house is nestled on 4.5 acres of stunning gardens and native bush. The house consists of a 4 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor with an additional 2 bedrooms and an extra bathroom/toilet upstairs. "Kahukura" has ample parking for boats. The boat ramp is 1 kilometre away.
