The yard area is large and located at the end of the road on the tip of a cape, with the large lakeside area around the cottage. Vuoteet parvella kahdelle, modernit pesutilat ja puulämmitteinen sauna sekä erillinen WC. Ilmalämpöpumppu lämmittää/viilentää, kamiina, terassi ja grilli hiilineen. Vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan. Auton voi pysäköidä ihan oven eteen, tilaa on myös matkailuautolle tai vaunulle.
