Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Our cosy country house with a large garden is located on a hillside in Stockach-Zizenhausen, 12 minutes/9 km from Lake Constance. With the beautiful Lake Constance region to the south and the Donau Valley to the north, this is the ideal place for relaxation, hiking and swimming holidays. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt sehr beschaulich und völlig ruhig in einer Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 1.Stock , und hat einen schönen Rundumbalkon mit Tisch und Stühlen für einen schönen Tag in der Sonne. Nur ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt Dich vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Inzwischen haben wir auch eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge. In unserem Haus befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung….Captains Suite.

Time-out im Wöschhüsli

Das Wöschhüsli mit Baujahr 1861 bietet eine verträumte Unterkunft für Singles und Paare an guter Lage. Die zwei Räume messen ca. 40m2 und der Aussenbereich im Hof und der Garten wird gerne genutzt. Die Mini Küche mit kleinem Kühlschrank und zwei Kochplatten ist für ein ausgiebiges, warmes Frühstück gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist absolut zentral, nahe zum See, nahe zur Altstadt Konstanz und ein idealer Ausgangsort für Velo-Shopping-Bade-Sightseeing-Touren.

Seezeit

Die im Frühjahr 2018 fertiggestellte Ferienwohnung erreichen Sie über einen außenliegenden Holztreppenaufgang. Nun steht einer erholsamen "Seezeit" nichts mehr im Wege. Mit einem Schlafzimmer, offenem Wohn- und Esszimmer, Bad, Küche sowie zwei Balkonen mit toller Seesicht bietet die Ferienwohnung einen optimalen Rückzugsort für einen tollen Urlaub. The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.
