The Hidden Home

The apartment has wonderful high arched ceilings. The main room is very comfortable with two windows facing the loggia. This gives the apartment a unique, slightly hidden character, which offers a quiet retreat right in the lively heart of the old town, yet completely hidden from the bustle of noisy city life. The house is located in the pedestrian zone on the riverside. Sunday mornings there is a market for antiquities in front of the house, turning into a local Christmas market all December.

Green House Bled 1

In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. Family place with huge terrace, 10 km to Lj center

10 km from city center of Ljubljana on quiet location we have completely renovated house with 3 apartments. This is middle apartment with huge terrace, spacious, comfortable for a family of 6 (they all can sleep in beds) and can host up to 7, even 8 people (for sleeping over it is just big enough). 1st floor apartment, a house doesn't have elevator. Private parking in front of the house! Nice, green exterior, good base for exploring Slovenia, self check in/out.

That`s right, out of the touristic season, our funky space converts to a photo studio for Tjaša, the host and lifestyle photographer. In the touristic season, you will be able to enjoy this amazing bright space, perfect for funky couples or friends. We renovated it ourselves and most of the wooden things are handmade. Oh yeah, we also have Netflix for cozy evenings for you! :)

Vila Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

Apartment in Kamnik

Apartment is located on the 1st floor of house in Kamnik ( 45m2 and 7m2 balcony), turned away from the street and is an excellent starting point for excursions around Slovenia, as it is located practically in the center of Slovenia embraced by the Kamnik - Savinja Alps. Key exchange and check in/out is in bar "fontana" in the house . Airport by car 14 km ( 15min ) Ljubljana by car20 km ( 25min )

Charlie's place

The cottage is located in the countryside in a quiet and private location near Radovljica, away from the hustle and bustle of the town and roads. It is surrounded by forest and with a great view of the Julian Alps and the Bled Castle. It is accessible by a 700-meter cart track. There is a parking space next to the cottage. Radovljica is a 15-minute walk away, and Bled is 4 km away.
