The villa is situated in touristic village among the pines, in a quiet and peaceful spot. It is about 100 meters away from the sandy beach of Golem. The distance from Tirana is about 40 km, from the airport is 25km and 11 km from Durres. Located in the middle of the pines it is the best place to spend some quality time with your family and friends. The villa has 4 rooms (two double bed and 4 single bed), 2 bathrooms (one is on the exterior) and a fully equipped kitchen seperated from the rooms.

The apartment is located 20min from the city center and 30min from the beach. You will live at the second floor of the house where you have your whole privacy ,a living room ,1 bedroom with a workspace and an office chair too,1 bathroom and a kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary utensils and dishes and a large balcony.While the apartment is generally quiet, you may occasionally notice slight noise from the street or surrounding area. The apartment has WiFi,AC,Privat Parking etc.
