Det är 200 meter till närmsta Busshållplats, 16 minuter till Hyllie och Emporia. Till Köpenhamns flygplats Kastrup går tåg från Hyllie och resan tar 11 minuter.

Det är 2 minuters promenad till en närbutik och lokaltrafik (buss 12 till Malmö city och 16 till Malmö Hyllie som tar er enkelt vidare med tåg till Malmö city, Lund, Helsingborg eller till Köpenhamn och övriga Danmark). Med bil tar det 30 min till Köpenhamn och 25 min till Falsterbonäset.

På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Här välkomnas ni till ett nyrenoverat hus med stora sällskapsutrymmen, fullt utrustat kök och mysig uteplats med grillmöjligheter samt parkering På ovanvåningen finns 2 sovrum samt ett allrum med totalt 10 sängar. 1 badrum samt 1 extra gästtoalett. Vi hyr ut för både dagar och veckor. Vid längre perioder kan priset diskuteras, alltid med flexibilitet.

Lite, nyoppusset gjestehus i et veldig rolig område, ved siste avfart innen Øresundsbroen. 22 kvm gjestehus, med dusj, kjøleskap, mikrobølgeovn og uteplass. 160 cm kontinental dobbeltseng og raskt wi-fi. Gratis parkering på tomten. Gåavstand til badebrygge (600m), og bussholdeplass. Vi har to sykler til låns. Ca 10 min med buss til Hyllie, og ca 30 min med buss/tog til Københavns Flyplass.
