We have lovingly converted a 200 year old cartshed into 2 cottages. Braeview Cottage at Braeside Farm is a spacious studio space with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

The Balone Garden Cottage is a luxury retreat with spectacular views over the St Andrews countryside and a wood burning stove. The cottage has been finished to the highest standard and comfortable sleeps 2 in a double bedroom with access to the patio via the French doors. The open-plan kitchen lounge is peaceful whether the bifold doors are open to the fresh air or cosy with the wood burner. Property features a Dyson Purifier which purifies, humidifies and cools the bedroom in the cottage.

Clatto Bothy is a recently refurbished, fully furnished semi-detached cottage less than five miles from St Andrews. The self catering accommodation consists of a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area and a large living space. There is one double bedroom and a large shower room. The cottage sleeps two and offers peaceful surroundings within easy reach of St Andrews. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. The Bothy has its own private parking area.

We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. Coorie Cottage is a charming wee fisherman's cottage situated at the end of the harbour, enjoying views of the sea as soon as you step out the door. Sitting right on the coastal path in the picturesque coastal village of St Monans. Perfect spot to explore this quaint little village and the surrounding villages of the East Neuk of Fife. Close to St Andrews, and also easy to travel to Dundee and Edinburgh.

A brand new apartment in an outbuilding in our garden. Two story, plus a bed in the mezzanine. The bedroom and bath room are downstairs. Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings. You will enjoy Crail and its surroundings, as we are in the heart of the village.
