Rowanbank House

The House is a traditional, south-facing, sandstone cottage which retains many of its original features. In addition to 2 bedrooms, the House benefits from a lounge, conservatory style-dining room and separate TV room. The House is ideally located a 5-minute walk from both Brodick village and the popular Auchrannie Spa. On site parking is available and upto 2 pets are welcome. An external security camera monitors the driveway. However, it is only operational when the property is vacant.

The Coach House at Hawkstone Lodge

The Coach House sits in the grounds of Hawkstone Lodge which dates back to the 1850s. The accommodation provides a bright and airy living area on the upper floor with scenic views to the south across the Firth of Clyde to the Cumbrae Isles. Seals and occasionally otters can be seen along the shore. The ground floor comprises an entrance hallway leading to the bedroom and bathroom with stairs up to the living area. The bedroom looks onto the spacious garden area to the rear of Hawkstone Lodge.

The kitchen is well kitted out for making home made meals too. With beautiful hillside views, the cottage is close to Lamlash beach (5 minute walk), coastal paths and the 'The Ross' road for travel to the south end of the island. The main bus stop is 1 minute walk along the road making travel by foot very accessible.

The lodge is also ideal for a golfing getaway, with 5 courses nearby and Machrihanish being known for having the best opening hole in the world.

Welcome to Whin Cottage, a cosy stonebuilt home on the South West coast of Arran. Dating from 1900 when it was a farm house, it looks out over fields to the southern Arran hills. Our cottage is a great place to escape from the many stresses of everyday life, have a digital detox ( no wifi by choice) whilst offering a perfect base from which to discover Arran. There’s a private entrance, south facing terrace with dining table & chairs & a further 2 comfortable armchairs for you to enjoy the sun or breakfast

Country village cottage.

Dunlop is only 1/2 hour drive to some of Ayrshires top golf courses. The train takes less than 30 mins to Glasgow city centre. The village has a community pub, a community cafe(open Thursdays and Fridays for morning coffee and lunch. A newsagent, post office/ shop and an Artisan Bakery ( openThursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) A new craft shop has also recently opened next door to our home. The nearest supermarket is 10 mins. drive away.

Tarsuinn, a charming and traditional cottage

Tarsuinn cottage is in an elevated location with spectacular views over the Shiskine valley surrounded by farmland. There is a small fenced garden to the side of the cottage with a bench in a very sunny spot. To the rear there is a farmyard belonging to the neighbouring farm, which is mostly a sheep farm and not too busy. Just a 5 minutes long walk away you can find the Bellevue farm and enjoy a guided tour and lots of animals, even Alpacas.
