We have bikes to borrow and can help with any requests.

There are no shared spaces and no cooking facilities Surrounded by lovely, tropical gardens, this accommodation is perfect for a quick getaway, in beautiful Rainbow Beach, or as a stopover on your way to Fraser Island.

The beach is a short stroll away through the bush track. If you like adventure you can get out an explore nearby Fraser Island or 4wd along the beach to Double Island Point. Join Sally for an early morning bird watch or bird count from the main house verandah, wander the back paddocks, and take in the glorious sunsets. We’re just 8 km from the heritage city of Maryborough, 35 minutes from Hervey Bay, and about an hour and a half from Rainbow Beach. Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet (except for some noisy birds).

The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.
