Great rural location, yet within walking distance of excellent restaurants, pub, village shop and bus route. Take aways deliver! Close to amenities and attractions, castles, gardens, activities and much more.

We are a smallholding with alpacas, some sheep, chickens, a turkey, and elderly pony, dogs and cats! We are very close to Uckfield, with lots of charity shops for bargain hunters, and coffee shops for those who like to relax. There are two supermarkets, restaurants and take aways. The coast is only a 40 minute drive away by car. Brighton and Tunbridge Wells are on a bus route from the village, (29a). Winnie-the-Pooh and friends are close by on Ashdown Forest for those who look properly.

There is a shared glampers toilet and new to 2025 a shared shower incl! Light and power bank available with a small fee and returnable deposit. Towels included.

While there’s no shower, you’ll have your own toilet. A peaceful, hassle-free night under canvas—with just the right touch of comfort.
