Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Studio by the sea

Our studio is 20 meters from the beach and has great view! Located near restaurants and shops with souvenirs. You are all welcome, whether you have family or pets, or just a book for company. During March, April, May and October, the place offers a relax and quiet atmosphere. On the contrary, while the tourist season begins on june, more shops open and during July, August and September the area turns into a crowded place, with tourists enjoying the best beaches and spots.

Wooden dream on the beach! - iHouse

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Villa on the seafront

The villa is situated in front of one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches of Chalkidiki, in the second peninsula, Calogria beach. The villa is an entire home (200 square meters) of three floors in a big garden (700 square meters). We hope that our guests will feel like home. Our house is ideal not only for a family but also for larger groups of friends. The house is also friendly for families with kids as there is a lot of space for them to play.

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.
