It is surrounded by beautiful garden and a large swimming-pool.The studio is part of 6 apartments located 18km from Heraklion on the road to Ag Nikolaos (area Gouves), 15 km from the airport and 50 meters from the bus stop (15). There is a nice sandy beach 900meters away. Nearby there are restaurants, super-markets,bars, cafes and a pharmacy. Outside of the property there is also a taxi station.
