The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

Welcome to our little Haven in the heart of W. Knoxville! We invite you to be a guest at our homestead in the city. The house has been recently built. Cedar Brook Haven is a 4+ acre oasis right off of Cedar Bluff and Middlebrook Pike. Enjoy a private farm feel but within walking distance to stores & restaurants and just a short drive to the I-40/I-75 (2 miles) & everything the Knoxville area has to offer. EV Level 2 charger is available $5/day used. Tesla owners will need the J-1772 adapter.

This is only about 15 minutes from Oak Ridge. We live next door where we raise rabbits and chickens, and several vegetable gardens. It's across the road from the lake, and the picnic area is within walking distance (swimming and fishing, too). Our dogs don't know that this house is not theirs, so will be over daily to get their treats (we'll supply). So you must love dogs, farm animals and vegetable gardens. We're out in the country, so restaurants, gas stations are about a 15 min. drive.

We also have another unit that is "attached" to this home if you need accommodations for more than 10 people. Book both units and you will share a large dining room between the 2 units which is great for large dinner gatherings such as Thanksgiving. You may instead choose to rent this dining room for $75 when booking this home.

This unit is unique because it features a “loft type” guest space with a privacy curtain which sleeps 2 extra guests comfortably. It has a beautiful open floor plan, theater room, and patio with string lighting. This property has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and complete!

Busha's Barn

Serenity and seclusion awaits you at Busha's Barn. The nicely appointed studio has everything you need to enjoy your visit. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

Knoxville Little House

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.
