Tiromoana is perfect for a couple, group of friends or a family. The house comprises of 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and is all on the one level. Enjoy gorgeous views over Oneroa bay and out towards the islands from the deck and straight out from the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Conveniently located just a 10 minute walk to Longbeach or a 15 minute walk to Russell township where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions.

A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or take a swim at Opito bay- just 5 minutes away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and some of the best fishing NZ has to offer!

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
