U sredini našeg maslinika u Kalima smjestila se kućica veličine 19m² za sve koje žele biti dio prirode i u miru i tišini provesti praznike na sunčanom otoku Ugljanu. Kućica je moderno uređena sa prelijepom okolicom i voćnjakom.Nalazi se 10minuta pješice od mjesta Kali te je moguće pristupiti sa autom. U blizini je divna šetnica te staza za bicikliste kroz šumu.
