The apartment is located in the center of the historic district, on a very beautiful old street. You will stay in a quiet, typical Georgian courtyard and can enjoy the view from the balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (7 sq. m). The apartment offers self check-in. Spanning 300 sq.m, our villa rests on the edge of the Tserovani village, adjacent to the captivating forest near Mtskheta. Just a 15-minute drive from Tbilisi Mall, it offers tranquility in a secluded location. With a maximum capacity of 20 guests, there are three private bedrooms and an open bedroom, comfortably accommodating 10+2 overnight guests. You're welcome to enjoy small gatherings and music with the provided speakers.

The apartments are located in Old Tbilisi on Ivane Machabeli Street, near Freedom Square. The historic building from the second half of the 19th century, designed in Neo-Moorish style, preserves the authentic spirit of the city. Our mountain house with private parking is a 45 min drive away from the capital Tbilisi and has breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Jinvali. In the summer horses can be seen grazing at the foot of the lake. Just 5 minutes from Ananuri's castle it's a unique place to explore and relax in the Georgian mountains. Your host will be Katy who speaks Russian and Georgian.
